We are very happy with the technician. He repaired my dishwasher right away so I could use it at the same day. He was kind and seemed to know what he was doing. However, I am not sure about the repair cost this company charged us. They said 140$ for service call which I got noticed on the phone but charged for a labor and the part when I needed to pay. I absolutely understand about the cost for the part, however, after everything put together( Service call+ Labor+ Part), you might want to buy a new dishwasher. I put 5 stars because I am happy with the technician, however, to be honest, I am not sure if I want to use the repair service again. I'd rather go for buying a new one... ~ hr s

Found them on the supported local technician search on the Fisher & Paykel website. I chose to get the original parts from them although it was a little pricey. They completed the work and Dishwasher was working again. Fast forward 2 days after their repair warranty expired. I noticed some water and called them about the warranty. They confirmed warranty hear excited but without much hesitation they said they'll take care of it and scheduled it the next day. They came by today and I ran the dishwasher. There was no water leaking. Must have been a fluke. The technician explained that the top drawer might have been accidentally run which could cause some water to come in and stay. I meant them to give them good reviews last time, but hasn't gotten around to it. Now having them come here after expiration off their warranty I didn't want to forget again. This tells a lot about a company. I recommend this company highly for your repair needs. ~ Vishesh M

Even well before David came by to look at our sensitive dishwasher, he was absolutely fantastic in giving me a bunch of very detailed advice and suggestions over the phone on what could be wrong with our machine well before he even showed up. When he did stop by, he gave us a lot of info for future reference should we get similar error codes. In this case it was indeed, "human error" but we learned plenty. Our oven broke a few weeks before Christmas! We contacted Niyalu Repair and they promptly showed up on time the same day. The repairman tried a simple repair to try and save us money. When that didn't work he then took the time to make sure everything was done well and that everything was assembled perfectly. Repair man showed up on time, was knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure everything was just right. Their price was also very reasonable. What more can you ask for. ~ Derek B

Our upright freezer stopped working on a Sunday. We had more than a thousand dollars of food in it. We called Niyalu and they sent a technician on SUNDAY! No one else would even call us back. The technician didn’t have the necessary part, but he was able to get it running. He came back the next day with the required part and finished the job. How many companies deliver this kind of service these days?! I can’t say enough good things about them! Excellent company! ~ David C

After experiencing discrimination through one of our home warranty's vendors, we called them to have them send a different repair man for our refrigerator. David called, showed up as promised, and he didn't just 'fix' the refrigerator, he also explained things and showed me how some of it actually works. He was very friendly and pleasant, professional, and fixed the problem in ten minutes, as well as educated me to keep it working longer. Excellent service. ~ William M

After frustrating experiences with other repair companies, Niyula was amazing. They let me explain my situation with my expensive refrigerator and worked thru all the repair options with me. My washer and dryer broke down within two days of each other, right before the weekend. I urgently needed someone to come in, but the earliest appointment I could get from other repair services was the following week. NRS, however, responded almost immediately. I contacted this company to repair our washing machine and they emailed me back right away indicating they could come the next day. David was very prompt and responsive with his emails. He spent two days with the repair but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. He recommended that we just buy a new washer to save us money. Called this company after a competitor made an error installing the water line to my dishwasher. Technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explained the options in detail. While he was here was able to fix a nagging refrigerator issue. Calling around many other companies were several days of not several weeks out but Niyalu came out same-day. This was my first time using NRS (and while I hope for my house’s sake it will be my last) it certainly will not be as my experience was easy and timely. I called at 6pm on a Wednesday and my dishwasher was fixed by 1pm on a Thursday. David was very professional and kind and helped me understand the root of my dishwasher issue. Great service! Called at 10am and David arrived at my home by noon and diagnosed my dishwasher had a bad circuit board. It wasn’t worth fixing so I bought a new dishwasher a few days later. When I called to set up appointment for the next day he asked “can we do it today?” Uh yeah!!! Two hours later he arrived and 90 minutes after it was installed. I'm very pleased with the service I received. My email request for service was responded to within 24 hours, and service was scheduled (on Sunday afternoon) for Monday morning. David, the technician, sent a notice that he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He was courteous and fixed my dishwasher quickly, explaining the problem to me. Our tenant reported that their refrigerator wasn't working, we thought it was because some rodents have chewed up cables at the back, since that is what happened the last time. We were extremely happy with the repairs that this company performed. Our dryer needed serviced and cleaned. We called Niyalu due to a malfunctioning freezer. The tech arrived right on time, and almost immediately diagnosed the problem as low refrigerant. The price of refrigerant is very expensive, but that's not his fault. The service was very prompt and attentive, and I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, nicer technician. I'll absolutely call Niyalu again if we need another appliance repaired! ~ Russ B

David was very responsive when I had my freezer die on me, he came out two days in a row after making the initial repair and then another issue arose. He stayed in touch daily with me for a week after to ensure that the refrigerator was running consistently and did a follow up visit to double check that everything was running correctly.
